We offer expertise in Logistics, and also within IT and Business Development.We support with Management resources in your organisation as a consultant from the extent of Your needs. You will always have access to our Expertise and only pay for the resourses used. The advantages is that You do not need to employ, you just rent the Expertise you need from one moment to another. We call this Logistic Management for Hire or Logistic Controller
We can provide Management responsible for the entire Logistics Operations or parts of it. The Management can include Warehouse operations, distribution and adminstrative operations as Import and Export, order administrations, call off, etc. With our IT Management System integrated to your business systems you will have full controll over the logistics process. This is traditionall 3PL - Third Party Logistics - but with better functionality than the tradiational #PL providers can offer.
We can also provide what we call Inhouse Logistics. We take responsibility of the logistics opetations in your premisses but with our Management. We continue to use your WMS/IT and uses your distribution partners. From here and on we create and change the process and make more efficient logistics with better Management, better Distribution partners an so on, simply better and smarter logistics to take your operations to new levels.
Of course we can offer you Logistics Consultants to your needs defined in time and scope of transformation to a better logstics process or parts of it.
